Testimonials

After a week of my dog being in pain, and 2 veterinarians misdiagnosing the problem, I am thrilled that one of my clients recommended that I book in with Dr Jennifer Webster. Right away I was impressed with her assistant Lisa, who was genuinely concerned for my dog and got us booked in as soon as possible (less than 24 hrs later!). At our appointment, Dr. Webster immediately saw what I had suspected - that Missy had some trauma in her shoulder that was causing her muscles to spasm and causing pain down her shoulders, ribs, spine, and even pelvis. Finally having a medial professional agreeing with my gut instinct brought me immediate relief! I just knew that the answers we were receiving from the veterinarians we saw prior did not make sense to me; my concerns that it was musculoskeletal were dismissed by those vets and I received answers ranging from “I don’t know/wait it out” to the issue potentially being skin irritation or a focal seizure. None of that sat right with me at all and I am so glad that I got a second, second opinion when I booked in with Dr Jennifer Webster.

Dr Webster truly listened to my concerns, provided us with valuable information, and even gave me the opportunity to feel what she was feeling on my dog. Missy had been anxious at her previous appointments all week, but as soon as Dr Webster finished adjusting her, Missy’s tail was wagging and I swear I saw her smile at Dr Webster. Finally getting to watch my dog walk around without a limp genuinely brought tears to my eyes in the treatment room.
After 3 trips to the vet earlier that week that brought us zero answers, I am so glad that I listened to my gut instinct and that it brought me to Dr. Jennifer Webster.

If you suspect that your dog is injured, I truly cannot recommend booking in with Dr. Webster enough! THANK YOU so much for helping my baby!

We recently brought our aging Welsh Terrier to see Dr. Webster.  She quickly and effectively assessed and treated his neck, hind quarters and feet.  He loved his first visit, and we are very pleased with his recuperation.

My CKC Spaniel was showing signs of disinterest  in agility ... a sport we both loved! A fellow competitor recommended I have her seen by Dr. Webster and the result was amazing! At her first appointment - as Dr Webster adjusted her hips ( which were terribly out of line) I held my dogs face .... the relief that showed on her face!! My dog walked out of the office with a spring in her step!! That was several years ago and to this day my dog still does agility!! She’s nearly 11 years old now!! It not only saved her agility career, but made her so happy and she is clearly in less pain!!! She still requires regular visits for chiropractic adjustments  but it’s well worth it to keep her feeling good!! Anytime a friend says their dog is sore or slowing down in agility or any sport  ... I always tell them to check out chiropractic services now!! Even if they don’t appear to be sore - dogs get sore - doing sports, slipping on ice, falls or rough playing with other dogs! Chiropractic adjustments for your dog keeps them in good shape! Dr. Webster is fantastic and I have recommended her many times!! Thank-you for what you do!!

I’ve been Jennifer’s client for many years now. I never really believed the effectiveness of animal chiropratic until Jennifer worked on my horse and dog. The results were indisputable. My horse had more freedom of movement and my dog no longer had lick granulomas due to pain from pelvic and shoulder misalignment. She’s amazing: caring, compassionate and competent. My animals (who are like family members) have had their lives improved by Jennifer’s work. What more can you ask for and what higher praise can you give. Thank you Jennifer!

Jennifer Is my dog’s chiropractor. Jennifer is wonderful with animals. My little Westie had some problems with her pelvis. One visit to Jennifer and presto she was like a new pup. She’s a bit older at nine and to see her without any problems is so great. Thank you, thank you! My Duck Toller is a bit crazy and as with my Westie any problems are quickly rectified

I’m so grateful to Dr. Webster for making the last year of Daisy’s life so much better!  No one could believe she was 17!  Thank you!

My dogs have been seeing Dr Webster for almost a year. I’ve seen improvements with my dogs but more importantly I’ve witness the love and care Dr Webster has for her animal clients.  She is very thorough and patient with my dogs.  We never feel rushed which is important when you have old dogs.
And as a customer, I feel she is honest with her recommendation and steps to better your pet. She is always willing to work with your schedule and ability to have your animal treated. I strongly recommend Dr Webster for your animal care.

Dr. Webster took wonderful care of our boy Marz️. She always took the time to make sure the dog was comfortable before starting chiropractic care. When it came time that Marz was no longer benefiting from chiro I discussed my concerns with Dr. Webster and she agreed (instead of trying to sell more visits). I highly recommend Dr. Webster!

Sonanda is a 16 year-old ginger tabby, who has been on many adventures with me over two provinces. One fateful day in October 2017,  he fell off the couch and was favoring his right hind leg. Upon seeing me come home from work, he was howling  in pain. He then began  hiding in relation to his discomfort. No amount of pain killsers could help my little guy.  Based on his behavior, I knew the injury was more to his back, rather than in his muscles. Being a huge advocate of Chiropractors for both humans and cats, I sought out an animal chiropractor in Edmonton. I have had cats throughout my life which have benefited from chiropractors (and saved on vet bills). Through my own chiropractor, I was put it in touch with Dr. Skelton’s office. Dr. Skelton was extremely gentle in the first appointment, assessing all the areas in which Sonanda was out of alignment. She was excellent in accommodating the adjustments for his arthritis and mobility issues. She took the time and care to make him feel at ease.  Over two appointments, my cat went from the disposition a crabby old man to an energetic kitten at heart. It was noticeable in the days after the initial adjustment. He comes out more often from his bed, has loads to tell me every morning before breakfast.  All thanks to Dr. Skelton. Even after a third visit, he is doing remarkably well, as the adjustments give some relief to his arthritis. Given the opportunity to mention a Kitty Chiro, I always recommend Dr. Skelton.

Maggie, my 13 year old dachshund, had a serious back injury in November 2016. Her hind legs were paralyzed. Despite excellent care from her veterinarian, the prognosis seemed bleak and a wheel chair was mentioned as an option.
We chose to take Maggie to Dr. Webster for a series of treatments.

Dr. Webster was very optimistic and reassuring. Within 5 weeks, much to my relief, Maggie was walking again and I am ecstatic that she has made a full recovery. Every time Maggie races into the house, I am so thankful for Dr. Webster’s knowledge and skill in treating my special friend.

Thank you from Maggie and me!

My dog 6 year old yellow lab, Cooper was struggling with her gait. She would labour on her left back leg when running off leash. She also demonstrated a stiff back and hips. Thus began the trips to the vet with Metacam prescribed for the pain. The medication got her back on her feet and moving again....until she hurt it again. We were stuck in a cycle of re-injuring her leg and returning to the vet for a Metacam prescription. It got to the point that she would cry out in pain when she got up on my bed and when going down stairs.

A friend suggested Dr Webster. I made an appointment and you could see the relief and the benefits right away in the office. Cooper was up on her toes and moving freely. Once in the field and running you could see an effortless, free gait. Success!

I too felt relief knowing that we can do a drug-free treatment that is effective at a reasonable price. I am happy to maintain this cycle of treatment for Cooper.

Dr. Jennifer Webster became my dog’s Chiropractor when Lex, my Jumbo Great Dane was about 8 years of age. She was wonderful and from his very first treatment you could see the improvement in his movement. With the help of her bi-weekly visits we got him to nearly 10 years of age. I am ever so grateful for your help Dr. Jennifer. I have a 4 year old Boxer, Ruger, and I am happy to see you are opening a new website so I will just look for you online. From the bottom of my heart. Thank You!!

My Labrador is famous for hurting herself. As she aged it got to the point that she needed chiropractic care. For a dog?? You bet!! That is available to us with Dr. Jennifer. What an amazing few months we shared. A Labrador who is now very well and happy!! Thank you again for the amazing service you offer.

I have been taking my dog Rune to Dr. Webster for just over a year now. Although we are agility “weekend warriors” at best, Rune receives champion level care from Dr. Webster. My questions are always met with wonderfully reflective and honest answers, and Dr. Webster takes the time to explain what she feels during the adjustments. Rune is a very athletic but tense dog, and I will continue bringing her for adjustments because of the improvement it gives her quality of life and the care we receive as clients.

Animals don’t lie about their pain!  We took our Jack Russell to Dr. Webster as he was hunched over, while walking.  She treated him several times and he walked normally again shortly after his first treatment.  He was able to live actively and pain free as he grew into old age.   We are eternally grateful, and we often tell people about the heartfelt, and professional care we received.  I can’t think of a better place to send people and their animals.

I first visited Dr Webster with my 17 year old cockapoo. She had back injury. Jennifer was fantastic. She was loving and gentle with my pup who was not overly friendly at this point in her old age ;) The treatment provided relief every time and I noticed improvement each treatment. I recently rescued a new puppy and when I applied for pet insurance I opted for the addition Chiropractor package specifically to go back to Dr. Webster when needed. I only recommend products and services to friends that are ‘magical’ and this is one I recommend for sure!

Dr. Jocelyn Skelton has been treating our pitbull Amber for the last year.  Amber was biting at her back feet and seemed to be putting her back legs to sleep just by laying down for about 30 minutes.  I made an appointment to have her examined and sure enough, she had numerous places that needed adjustment.  At the end of the first treatment, her back legs no longer went to sleep and she stopped biting at her feet.  Jocelyn recommended 3 treatments to ensure everything stayed in place.  Amber is a very enthusiastic ball player so Jocelyn explained what to not let her do to exacerbate her condition.  We completed the 3 treatments and now go every 6 months for a “check-up” and I’m SO pleased with the results.  I am amazed at how easily the adjustments are done by Jocelyn and how she interacts with Amber to make her feel completely at ease while getting it done.  I highly recommend Jocelyn Skelton to anyone who has an animal that requires chiropractic help.

I was fortunate to be put into contact with Dr. Webster by a friend already using her services on her horse. At that time had a senior stallion with some soreness, a young mare with a fractured scapula, and our large senior dog Harley was showing he could use some help as well. Soon Dr. Webster’s list was becoming longer with more of our horses, some needing follow up adjustments, others less routine. It was quite entertaining the horses varied reactions to Dr. Webster’s arrival. At first, some were hesitant of the green box, then were thankful after their adjustment. Others were happy no matter what, giving her coat a lick or her zipper would end up as a toy while being adjusted. Harley would be waiting in the middle of the yard flat out waiting until she greeted him, and even give her a kiss. This was a rarity, as only the ‘select privileged’ were granted them. Dr. Webster has always been thorough in her adjustments, focused on whole patient care by including other professionals in cases, and ensures safety is a priority. Dr. Webster is a professional with exemplary skills and is highly recommended by us.
